Job summary

Talktiv in Kolkata is seeking an energetic advertising sales professional to grow our local and regional client base. You will close deals, pitch our media kit, and build lasting relationships with advertisers and agencies from various sectors, both field and office.

This full-time role offers a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, travel allowance, and a clear path to growth while working directly with the founders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of advertising sales experience (TV, radio, print or digital media).
• Established network of advertisers or agencies in Kolkata.
• Fluent in Bengali; comfortable in English and Hindi.
• Confident in meetings, negotiation and closing deals.
• Basic understanding of YouTube and Facebook metrics is a plus.
• Own two-wheeler preferred for client visits.
