Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales or related client-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot) to enhance analysis, solution design and outcomes.
• Exposure to workforce planning, talent strategy, learning, or organizational transformation is a strong advantage.
• Ability to partner with sales teams and influence outcomes in complex enterprise buying environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation capability (PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of enterprise tech landscapes, digital transformation and solution architectures.

Core Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
