The Hiring Company is seeking an Ads Script Writer for remote work. The role focuses on writing engaging, conversion-focused ad scripts and understanding what makes ads perform well or poorly.

Responsibilities include crafting scripts for Meta and Google Ads, creating hooks and CTAs, analyzing performance, and collaborating with Performance Marketing and Video Editing teams. A creative + analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in ad script writing, copywriting, content or performance marketing.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking.
• Ability to understand ad performance and convert insights into new creative ideas.
• Good understanding of digital advertising.
• Hindi, English or any other language writing skills are welcome.
• Experience with Meta/Google Ads is a plus.
