Job summary

STL Digital is seeking an experienced integration specialist with a strong background in HR and payroll systems. The ideal candidate has roughly 10 years of hands-on experience in building and supporting integrations, particularly with ADP WorkForce Suite or WorkForce Software Time.

The role involves handling time and attendance data, designing integrations, mapping fields, and ensuring reliable production monitoring.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of relevant integration, HR technology, payroll technology, or enterprise application experience.
• Hands-on experience creating or supporting integrations within ADP WorkForce Suite / WorkForce Software Time.
• Experience with time and attendance inputs and outputs, including employee, organizational, time-entry, schedule, balance, activity, and payroll-related data.
• Experience with integration design, field mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation, exception handling, and production monitoring.
• Experience supporting integrations through testing, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization.
• Programming experience using JavaScript.
• Experience working with SQL and writing complex queries.

Mandatory training and product credentials

• Successful completion or valid certification in Interfaces Fundamentals (INTERFACES101), with evidence provided before profile submission.
• Interfaces Configuration (INTERFACES201) is strongly preferred.

INTERFACES101 covers standard time and attendance interfaces and basic imports and exports, including HR imports, bank-balance imports, activity-tracking imports, time-entry and schedule imports, and basic payroll exports. The Academy identifies JavaScript programming experience and experience with SQL and complex queries as prerequisites. INTERFACES201 covers setting up and customizing integration activities, creating and modifying integration tasks through the Policy Editor, and correcting common integration errors.
