Job summary

STL Digital Bengaluru is seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in configuring ADP WorkForce Suite / WorkForce Software Time and related time and attendance configurations. You will work on policy creation and maintenance, migrations, testing, and post-production support in a live environment.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with policy editors, pay codes, notifications, and workflow configurations, delivering reliable workforce solutions in production

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant application configuration or workforce management implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring ADP WorkForce Suite / WorkForce Software Time.
• Experience using the Policy Editor in a live implementation or production-support environment.
• Experience building and modifying time and attendance policies, calculations, profiles, pay codes, banks, notifications, or related configuration components.
• Experience with configuration migration, unit testing, defect correction, deployment, and post-production support.
