Job summary

ADP is seeking a skilled Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions Integration Specialist to lead a comprehensive implementation and seamless integration of the Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions system. The role supports HR and operations through optimized workforce processes and effective post-implementation support.

Responsibilities include project planning, configuration, testing, training, documentation, and collaboration with IT and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and ongoing system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes: time & attendance, scheduling, labor management, reporting.
• Proficient in system configuration and customization of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules.

BASIC FUNCTION Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions Integration Specialist. This individual will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of the Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions system, ensuring seamless integration into our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our workforce management processes and supporting our HR and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions, including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
• Configure and customize Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful integration of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions with existing systems and applications.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions.
• Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions, recommending enhancements and system optimizations.

Required Skills
