Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Management Consultant with hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting ADP Workforce solutions. You will lead implementations, configure modules such as scheduling, time management, absence management, and payroll integration, and develop data mappings to integrate with other systems.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in ADP Workforce implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of ADP Workforce Software Time & Attendance modules (scheduling, time management, absence management, payroll integration).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ADP Workforce Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Configure ADP Workforce modules, including scheduling, time management, absence management, and payroll integration.
• Develop and maintain data mapping rules and interfaces between ADP Workforce and other systems.
• Analyse current workforce management processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized processes using ADP Workforce functionalities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for ADP Workforce.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ADP Workforce system.
• Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures.
• Support data migration activities as needed.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce performance and utilization.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Support decision‑making by providing accurate and timely information.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Management with 37 years of hands‑on experience. As a Workforce Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce management processes for our organization. You will leverage your expertise in SAP Workforce Software (WFS) to implement, configure, and support solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration:
  • Lead the implementation of ADP Workforce Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Configure ADP Workforce modules, including scheduling, time management, absence management, and payroll integration.
  • Develop and maintain data mapping rules and interfaces between ADP Workforce and other systems.
• Process Optimization:
  • Analyse current workforce management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement optimized processes using ADP Workforce functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ADP Workforce.
• Data Management:
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ADP Workforce system.

• Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain various reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce performance and utilization.

Skills and attributes for success

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in ADP Workforce implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of ADP Workforce Software Time & Attendance (WFS T&A) modules, including scheduling, time management, absence management, and payroll integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in ADP Workforce Time configuration specialist PT-102 or Interface specialist PT-103 is preferred.
• Must have Implementation / Configuration Experience at least for 1-2 implementation Projects
• Experience in a specific industry or functional area.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., HR, FI, CO).
• Experience with cloud-based ADP Workforce solutions.
