Job summary

Rarr Technologies in Chennai is seeking a skilled Adobe Target expert to own the setup, configuration, and management of active experiments across A/B testing, XT, and MVT. You will tailor audiences, offers, and targeting rules while ensuring accurate reporting and analytics integration.

The role requires strong HTML/CSS/JS debugging, multi-domain authenticated personalization, and thorough QA/UAT governance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Target activity creation, audiences, offers, targeting rules, and reporting.
• Proven experience with A/B Testing, Experience Targeting (XT), MVT, Auto-Allocate, and Auto-Target.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM debugging skills.
• Experience with authenticated personalisation and multi-domain implementations.
• Strong understanding of audience qualification, exclusions, traffic allocation, and targeting logic.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Analytics for Target (A4T).
• Strong QA, UAT, and release governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure audiences, offers, targeting rules, traffic allocation, success metrics, and reporting.
• Support experimentation and personalisation across authenticated, multi-domain, and multi-device journeys.
• Validate activity delivery, audience qualification, reporting accuracy, and analytics integration (A4T).
• Perform end-to-end QA, troubleshooting, production release validation, and ongoing activity monitoring.
• Work with Product, Analytics, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to deliver and optimise experiments.

• 2. Configure audiences, offers, targeting rules, traffic allocation, success metrics, and reporting.
• 3. Support experimentation and personalisation across authenticated, multi-domain, and multi-device journeys.
• 4. Validate activity delivery, audience qualification, reporting accuracy, and analytics integration (A4T).
• 5. Perform end-to-end QA, troubleshooting, production release validation, and ongoing activity monitoring.
• 6. Work with Product, Analytics, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to deliver and optimise experiments.

Mandatory Skills Experience

• 1. Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Target activity creation, audiences, offers, targeting rules, and reporting.

Technical Debugging (Mandatory)

• 1. Hands-on experience with Browser Developer Tools, Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger, mboxTrace, mboxDebug, QA URLs, and Preview URLs.
• 2. Ability to troubleshoot audience qualification, activity delivery, redirects, cookies, network requests, and rendering issues.
• 3. Experience validating response tokens, activity behaviour, and implementation defects before release.
• 4. Experience with Adobe Target mobile app implementations including mobile app Target tagging, form-based experiences, app mbox debugging, activity validation, and troubleshooting mobile app targeting and delivery issues.

Preferred Experience

• 1. Financial Services or other regulated industry experience.
• 2. Experience with privacy, consent, identity, and security controls.
• 3. Adobe Target certification (preferred).
• 4. Experience working within controlled release and governance environments.
