Job summary

REGUL SOLUTIONS in Andhra Pradesh Vijayawada seeks an experienced Admission Head to lead the student admissions function and drive enrolment targets across UG/PG programmes. You will own admission strategy, lead management, counselling, conversion, team performance, outreach and MIS.

The role requires 8–15 years of experience in admissions, with a proven ability to manage counsellors, coordinate campaigns and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
• Lead the complete admission funnel from lead generation to enrolment.
• Manage and monitor admissions counsellors and tele-calling teams.
• Drive student and parent counselling and improve lead-to-admission conversion.
• Build relationships with feeder institutions and schools.
• Plan admission campaigns and outreach activities.
• Monitor KPIs and analyse admission data and conversions.
• Coordinate with Marketing for lead generation campaigns.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of enquiries.
• Prepare admission MIS and reports for management.
• Train and mentor admissions staff.

We are looking for an experienced Admission Head to lead the student admissions function and drive enrolment targets across UG/PG programmes. The candidate will be responsible for admission strategy, lead management, counselling, conversion, team performance, institutional outreach and admission MIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual admission strategies to achieve student enrolment and revenue targets.
• Lead the complete admission funnel from lead generation to final enrolment.
• Manage and monitor admission counsellors and tele-calling teams.
• Drive student and parent counselling and improve lead-to-admission conversion.
• Build relationships with schools, junior colleges, educational consultants and other feeder institutions.
• Plan and coordinate admission campaigns, career counselling programmes and outreach activities.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly admission KPIs.
• Analyse admission data, conversion ratios, lead ageing and team productivity.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Digital Marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective closure of prospective student enquiries.
• Handle parent/student objections regarding courses, fees, placements, hostel and other institutional facilities.
• Prepare and present admission MIS and performance reports to management.
• Train, mentor and evaluate the admissions team.
• Monitor competitor institutions, courses, fee structures and admission trends.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to institutional admission policies.
