Alive Institute of Aesthetics is seeking an Admissions Counselor in Delhi to convert qualified enquiries into admissions. The role focuses on guiding prospective students, explaining courses and pricing, and achieving targets through proactive follow-up and relationship-building with healthcare professionals and learners.

The ideal candidate has about 3+ years in admissions or education sales, strong English and Hindi communication, and comfort speaking with doctors and other professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in admissions counselling, education sales or target-based B2C roles.
• Strong spoken and written English; Hindi proficiency.
• Comfort with healthcare professionals and learners.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins and online channels.
• Conduct telephone, video and in-person counselling sessions.
• Explain course content, certification, fees, batch schedules and outcomes.
• Recommend the most suitable course based on candidate requirements.
• Follow up consistently, handle questions/objections, and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain lead pipeline and record interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with faculty and operations for demonstrations, workshops, batch scheduling and onboarding.
• Represent the institute at CMEs, workshops and educational events when required.
