Responsibilities

Counsel NEET aspirants and parents about MBBS admissions.
Assess student profile, NEET score/rank, budget and preferences.
Guide on universities, countries, courses, eligibility, fees and process.
Handle inquiries and conduct outbound calls to prospective students.
Maintain follow-ups and convert qualified leads into applications/admissions.
Address student/parent queries and handle objections professionally.
Assist students with documentation and coordinate with internal teams for admission processing.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/MIS.
Achieve monthly admission, conversion and revenue targets.
Participate in counselling activities, seminars and student engagement initiatives when required.

Strong convincing, counselling and objection-handling abilities.

Comfortable handling calls and interacting with students and parents.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp and email.
