You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, and help individuals compare institutions and programs based on their goals and preferences. The role involves explaining education options clearly, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with the team to improve counseling processes and content quality. You will also support outreach initiatives, provide feedback on common student concerns, and contribute to a positive, informative experience for all users. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.
