Job summary

Lakshyaedu is seeking dynamic Admissions Officer to join our Admissions team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and guide them toward suitable programs through counseling and information sharing.

Responsibilities include career guidance, managing the student lifecycle from prospecting to admission and orientation, meeting weekly and monthly targets, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and empathy are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in student counseling, academic advisory, or admissions will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Energetic, motivated, and proactive with a results-oriented attitude.

• Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, both online and offline
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-in inquiries with professionalism to maximize conversion rates
