You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them toward suitable academic programs and helping them through the complete student journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in student counseling, academic advisory, or admissions will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Energetic, motivated, and proactive with a results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and their Parents to understand aspirations and recommend suitable academic programs.
• Provide clear, comprehensive information that builds trust and inspires interest in our offerings.
• Manage the complete student journey: prospecting, counseling, admission, orientation, and ongoing support.
• Drive conversions by achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly admission targets.
• Oversee fee structures and ensure accurate management of the fee software for various programs.
• Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities.
• Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, both online and offline.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-in inquiries with professionalism to maximize conversion rates.
