Lakshyaedu is seeking an Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer in India to be the first point of contact for prospective students and guide them toward suitable academic programs.

You will handle career guidance, counseling, and the full student lifecycle, from prospecting to enrollment, while meeting weekly and monthly admission targets. This role requires empathy, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in student counseling, academic advisory, or admissions will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Energetic, motivated, and proactive with a results-oriented attitude.

• Oversee fee structures and ensure accurate management of the fee software for various programs.
• Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities.
• Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, both online and offline.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-in inquiries with professionalism to maximize conversion rates.
