Job summary

Vidyamandir Classes Ltd. is seeking an admissions counsellor to drive calling targets and counsel students and parents about courses and exams. You will manage the student lifecycle from prospecting to orientation, clarify queries, and support fee-related processes.

The role involves coordinating with the head office for upcoming programs and tests, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth class operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve allocated calling targets.
• Counselling students and parents about our courses and competition exams landscape.
• To manage student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
• Clarifying doubts of students and parents.
• Managing fee structure & fee software for different programs.
• Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
• Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.
• Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.
