Social Recruit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to drive admissions for UG/PG programs. The candidate should possess strong communication, sales experience, and the ability to guide students while converting enquiries into admissions.

The role involves handling inquiries, recommending programs based on career goals, explaining fees and eligibility, and following up to achieve monthly targets.

Formación

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in EdTech, inside sales, admissions, or education sales is an advantage.

Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Noida, Sector 15

Salary: ₹30k - ₹35k per month (In-Hand Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales is mandatory

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off
