Job summary

Campushala in Noida is seeking an education counsellor to engage with prospective students, assess their backgrounds, and guide them through UG/PG programs. You will explain program structures, eligibility, and fees, while handling inquiries and managing the admission journey.

The role requires 2 years in EdTech or admissions, strong Hindi/English communication, and a target-driven mindset to achieve weekly and monthly enrollment goals. On-site work in Noida is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 years of experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions, inside sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable meeting admission targets in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students to understand their academic background and career aspirations, and recommend relevant UG/PG programs based on their requirements.
• Provide clear information on program structure, eligibility, fees options and the overall admission process.
• Manage inbound and outbound student enquiries, address queries and provide appropriate guidance throughout the admission journey.
• Track interested students through different stages of the admission process and ensure timely action on pending follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, follow-ups and admission status in the CRM.
• Convert eligible and interested candidates into enrollments and ensure completion of the admission process.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly admission targets.
