Role Description

The Admission Counsellor will work full time on-site at the Raipur head office, supporting students and families through the entire admission and counseling process. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting and counseling students about suitable courses, colleges, and career paths; explaining admission procedures and eligibility criteria; and guiding them on entrance exams and application timelines. The role involves responding to inquiries via in-person meetings, phone calls, email, and digital platforms, as well as maintaining accurate records of student interactions and application status. The Admission Counsellor will collaborate with internal teams and partner institutions, follow up with prospective students, and support documentation, application submission, and admission confirmation. The position requires a professional, student-centric approach and adherence to the organization’s standards for transparent and ethical counseling.
