Job summary

Klay Schools is seeking an Admission Counsellor in Pune to drive admissions by meeting prospective parents and answering queries. You will maintain CRM reports and collaborate with regional teams on marketing strategies and event planning.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in admission counseling, with a relevant degree and proficiency in MS Office; a strong service mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Psychology, Education, Arts, or related field.
• Computer literacy with MS Office and Tally.
• 4–7 years experience in admission counseling in preschool/school.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective parents, answer queries and convert them to admissions for the centre.
• Manage all CRM reports (Salesforce).
• Strategize and implement marketing plans with regional teams.
• Plan advertising, events, and publicity in coordination with Head office.
• Meet assigned admission targets on a monthly basis.
• Follow up on withdrawals and learn reasons behind them.
• Collect and organize data of all enquiries by age group.

Scope

The role will support in getting enquiries to the school & converting the prospective enquiries into admissions. The main objective is to assist the school with admission generation.

Job Description

1. Meet prospective parents, handle all their queries related to the centre and convert them to admission for the centre.
2. Manage all CRM (Salesforce) reports.
3. Strategizing & Marketing
   • Generating new admissions by preparing marketing strategies & implementing them in coordination with the regional teams.
   • Planning marketing strategies in terms of advertising plan, event planning & publicizing in coordination with Head office.
4. Achieving Targets: Meet assigned admission targets and work to achieving the same on monthly basis.
5. Withdrawal follow up: Follow up for all withdrawals & try to gain knowledge about the reason behind it.
6. Data Collection & Management: Collecting data of all enquiries, sorting it and aligning according to age group.

Qualification and Experience

• A Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Commerce, Psychology, Education, Arts, Commerce or a related field will be considered
• Computer literate with knowledge of MSOffice, Tally.
• 4 7years experience involving a job related to admission counseling preferably in a pre-school / activity center / school
• Understanding of industry vertical (Education) is a plus.
