Job summary

Wunderbar Kids in Navi Mumbai is seeking a warm, organised leader to run day-to-day centre operations, support the team, engage with parents, and create a positive experience for every child and family.

You will coordinate teachers and staff, drive admissions, manage enquiries, maintain CRM records, and partner with the Centre Head to hit admissions and revenue goals. Applicants from any industry are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2-5 years in sales, operations, or coordination.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre and daycare.
• Coordinate teachers, support staff, and daily centre activities.
• Manage parent interactions, walk-ins, and enquiries, with a focus on converting enquiries into admissions.
• Drive admissions, follow-ups, and fee collections to achieve centre targets.
• Ensure timely CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate learning materials, activities, events, field trips, and required permissions.
• Manage third-party activity class partnerships and centre-level collaborations.
• Work closely with the Centre Head to achieve admissions and overall centre targets.
