KC GlobEd is seeking a proactive Admission Counselor in Gurugram to guide prospective students through premium certification programs. You will communicate clearly across calls, emails, and chats, helping learners select the right CPA/CMA/EA/ACCA paths and manage relationships from inquiry to enrollment.

Ideal candidates possess strong English communication, a counseling mindset, and experience in EdTech sales or admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in counseling or EdTech sales is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, office-based role in Gurugram.

• Interact with prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and other channels.
• Understand learners goals and recommend suitable certification courses.
• Explain course features, benefits, structure, and career outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with leads and enrolled students.
• Stay updated on US CPA, US CMA, EA and ACCA program details and industry trends.
• Manage and update student interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams for sales collateral and support.

Saturday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Work from Home)

About the Role

KC GlobEd is looking for a motivated and dynamic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students for our premium certification programs US CPA, US CMA,EA and ACCA. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and other channels.
• Understand learners goals and recommend suitable certification courses.
• Explain course features, benefits, structure, and career outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with leads and enrolled students.
• Stay updated on US CPA, US CMA,EA and ACCA program details and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (preferred: Psychology, English Hons.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in counseling or EdTech sales or university admissions is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CPA/CMA/EA/ACCA programs is a plus.
