Job summary

Social Recruit in Gurugram seeks an Admission counsellor to engage with prospective students, understand goals, and guide them toward online degree programs from leading universities.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote online UG/PG programs, generate and convert leads, and maintain CRM records while aiming to meet monthly admissions targets. Freshers are welcome and 0–6 months of experience ok.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers with up to 6 months' experience can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with telephonic communication and sales.
• Good computer literacy and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities
