Responsibilities

• Drive admissions by making 40–50 impactful calls daily to parents and leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
• Conduct effective counselling sessions for students and parents through the admission process.
• Manage and track enquiry data, digital leads, follow-ups and admission pipelines with accuracy.
• Ensure strong conversion outcomes by defining clear next steps and maintaining regular communication.
• Coordinate between school and central team to ensure seamless admission operations.
• Plan and execute outreach programs to drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.

We are hiring ACE Coordinators to manage on-ground Admissions, Outreach and Coordination for VIBGYOR ACE Programme. This role requires proactive individuals who can drive admissions, execute outreach initiatives to achieve enrolment targets, build strong relationships with parents, and ensure smooth centre operations while acting as the key bridge between the school and the central team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive admissions by making 4050 impactful calls daily to parents and leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement
• Conduct effective counselling sessions for students and parents, guiding them through the admission and enrollment process
• Manage and track enquiry data, digital leads, follow-ups, and admission pipelines with high accuracy
• Ensure strong conversion outcomes by defining clear next steps, maintaining regular communication, and successfully closing admissions
• Coordinate between the school team and the central team to ensure seamless communication and admission operations
• Plan and execute outreach programs to drive admissions and achieve external enrolment targets.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination within the centre.
