Job summary

Skill College seeks an energetic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students for UG & PG online degree programs. You will handle counselling, follow-ups, and conversions to enrollments, ensuring smooth onboarding via calls and digital platforms.

The role requires strong communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, with familiarity in CRM and common collaboration tools. Freshers with drive and a target-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply for onsite work in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• 2–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, higher education, EdTech, or sales is preferred.
• Fluent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati; strong English is essential.
• Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp, email, Zoom/Google Meet, and basic computer applications.
• Strong counselling, follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on suitable UG & PG online degree programs.

• Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
• Follow up with leads and achieve assigned conversion and enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.
