Qualifications

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the administration of a location.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain records, documentation, and basic administrative reports.
  • Comfortable coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance staff, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Should be proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Hyderabad-based familiarity with local area and vendors preferred.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational weekly-off basis, depending on business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Experience Centre.
  • Ensure the Experience Centre is maintained in a clean, organized, professional, and client-ready condition at all times.
  • Handle client hospitality and ensure a warm and professional experience for visitors.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff and monitor their day-to-day activities and performance.
  • Ensure housekeeping, cleanliness, pantry, and common areas are maintained properly.
  • Coordinate with facility and maintenance vendors for regular and emergency requirements.
  • Manage vendors related to manpower, electricity, housekeeping, provisions, maintenance, and other office requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and timely completion of assigned work.
  • Maintain records of vendor details, invoices, service schedules, and administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate office provisions, stationery, pantry supplies, and other administrative requirements.
  • Ensure electricity, water, internet, maintenance, and other facility-related requirements are followed up and resolved on time.
  • Support the team in organizing client meetings, internal meetings, R&R activities, celebrations, events, and other Experience Centre activities.
  • Coordinate seating arrangements, refreshments, housekeeping, and other requirements for meetings and events.
  • Ensure all meeting and event areas are properly arranged before and after the event.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination for day-to-day facility and administrative requirements at the Bangalore location.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to administration and facility management.
  • Coordinate with the central HR/Admin team for location-specific requirements and updates.
  • Identify facility or administrative issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and workplace guidelines.
  • Handle multiple administrative tasks independently and prioritize them based on business requirements.
  • Support any additional administrative or operational requirements assigned by the management.
