Responsibilities
Maintaining Facility team (Housekeeping Team, Technical Team, Security Team, Transport Team)
Checking and certifying vendor bills, coordinating with Accounts Dept for Account Payables
Maintaining attendance, leave records of the facility team employees, submitting payroll details
Coordinating with Finance & Sales department on Accounts Receivables and follow up
Office Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security’s and other responsibilities
Carrying out regular site audits and inspections to identify any areas that need repairing
Organizing the security and general administrative services of the building
Conducting regular facility audits for safety and compliance
Providing feedback, training, and guidance to junior staff & Supervisors
Coordinating and facilitating work flow
Handling day to day Facility & Manpower Management
Providing feedback & training about Work & Cleaning chemical (Taski Chemicals dish wash Chemical)
Daily audit of cleaning activities in the campus and follow up for closure for open points
Monthly review of HK machinery usage
Monitored day to day operations, security, events, installation and sale activity
Direct activities related to day-to-day scheduling (Employee roster), routing, deploying and tracking Transport Vehicles
Ensuring safety first for women & physically challenged staffs until they reach safely to residences
Background verification of drivers by third party agencies
Making random checkup about vehicle fitted with safety equipment’s & Medical Kit and statutory documents
Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the transport is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes
Conduct employee training sessions on subjects such as Safety, Discipline & employee orientation, quality improvement in Transportation
Participate in union contract negotiations and settlements of grievances
Serve as contact persons for client & vendors related to transport facility
Catering to the organization’s need for all kind of vehicle bookings as and when required
Liaison with various departments for providing logistical support for seminars, meetings and corporate events
Maintaining and monitoring travel MIS, publishing reports on monthly basis to senior management and department heads
