Job summary

DigiXpressions, a leading digital marketing agency, is hiring for an Ad/Media Sales position in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. This full-time role focuses on onboarding advertisers, selling diverse ad inventory, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and strong relationship management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ad sales, a solid network of advertisers and agencies, and proven ability to meet aggressive revenue targets with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ad network / affiliate / programmatic / media sales.
• Understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM models and payouts.
• Strong network of advertisers and media agencies (India preferred; international is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet aggressive revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new advertisers and agencies.
• Sell ad network inventory including performance, programmatic, display, native, video, and affiliate solutions.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with direct brands, agencies, and demand partners.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Generate leads via outbound communication, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
• Coordinate with internal campaign and ad ops teams to ensure delivery and revenue optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and upsell cross-network opportunities.
• Ensure timely documentation, invoicing, renewals, and contract closures.

• Understanding of campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with creative and strategy teams to co-create brand solutions.
