Qualifications

• Prior agency experience is mandatory.
• Experience handling domestic brands across industries.
• Proven track record of delivering successful paid campaigns.
• Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of campaign scaling, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and other paid media.
• Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPC, and CTR.
• Handle media planning, budgeting, and campaign forecasting.
• Lead client communication for campaign updates, strategy discussions, and performance reviews.
• Analyze campaign insights and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure smooth campaign execution.
