Tekskills Inc. in Mumbai is seeking an AD administrator to implement and maintain Active Directory on premises. You will manage users, groups, OUs, and service accounts, and ensure secure, reliable domain services.

Responsibilities include configuring GPOs, DNS/DHCP, domain controllers, backups, and disaster recovery. Proficiency with PowerShell automation and incident troubleshooting is essential to keep the Windows infrastructure healthy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Active Directory administration.
• Immediate notice period or able to join at short notice.
• On-premises work location in Mumbai, India.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) in an on-premises environment.
• Manage users, groups, computers, Organizational Units (OUs), and service accounts.
• Configure and manage Group Policies (GPOs) across the Windows domain.
• Manage domain controllers, replication, DNS, DHCP, and related Windows Server services.
• Perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets, and access management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication, authentication, DNS, and domain-related issues.
• Support AD migrations, domain upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
• Implement AD security best practices, privileged access controls, and audit policies.
• Use PowerShell to automate routine AD administration and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) in an on-premises environment.
• Manage users, groups, computers, organizational units (OUs), and service accounts.
• Configure and manage Group Policies (GPOs) across the Windows domain.
• Manage domain controllers, replication, DNS, DHCP, and related Windows Server services.
• Perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets, account unlocks, and access management.
• Manage security groups, distribution groups, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication, authentication, DNS, and domain-related issues.
• Support Active Directory migrations, domain upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
• Implement AD security best practices, privileged access controls, and audit policies.
• Manage Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, and Windows authentication mechanisms.
• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery activities for Active Directory.
• Use PowerShell to automate routine AD administration and reporting tasks.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server and domain connectivity issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure records.
