Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Noida, UP, India seeks an experienced Active Directory (AD) specialist to manage AD DS across multi-forest environments.

You will administer domains, forests, sites, replication topology, and FSMO roles. Responsibilities include DNS/DHCP, GPOs, OU structures, and delegations; troubleshoot replication, Kerberos/NTLM, SYSVOL; manage AD migration and cross-forest trusts with ADMT/Quest tools; coordinate with app owners for authentication changes and perform cutover with minimal

• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) on Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
• Administration of domains, forests, sites, replication topology, and FSMO roles.
• Management of DNS/DHCP, GPOs, OU structures, and delegation of control.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting replication issues, Kerberos/NTLM authentication, and SYSVOL consistency.
• Experience managing AD-integrated DNS zones, conditional forwarders, and name resolution across multi-forest environments.
• AD migration, restructuring, and separation projects (M&A, divestitures, carve-outs).
• Using ADMT, Quest Migration Manager for migrations.
• Domain separation, trust creation, and cross-forest authentication.
• Migrate users, groups, computers, and service accounts to new AD environments.
• Coordinate with application owners for authentication changes.
• Execute cutover, rollback, and coexistence strategies with minimal downtime.
• DNS reconfiguration, GPO migration, and login script transitions during domain moves.
