DESCRIPTION

Amazon's IN MM ACES team is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Program Manager. As an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Manager, you will drive process standardization for the sort center network. You will centrally drive programs that contribute to the optimization of the Operations, providing operators with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools to improve performance. The person should have a good understanding of a business requirement and the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular reporting/BI/data issue, and draft solutions for resolution.
