Job summary

Guidehouse in Chennai is seeking a Team Lead for AR Calling & Denial Management (RCM). You will manage a team of 15–20 FTEs, drive productivity and KPI attainment, and ensure operational excellence in denial resolution.

Required: a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in RCM, 1+ year of team handling experience, and strong skills in AR follow-up, Medicare/Medicaid, and ICD/CPT coding. Immediate joiners within 10 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity, quality, SLA, and KPI metrics while ensuring operational excellence.
• Monitor workflow, inventory, and allocation strategies to maintain operational stability.
• Conduct coaching, mentoring, training, and performance reviews to enhance team performance.
• Perform RCA/CAPA, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support denial resolution, AR optimization, account reviews, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze denial trends and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Lead internal and external communications and support project launches and transitions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and absenteeism management.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, ICD & CPT Codes used in Denial Management.

Experience: 5+ Years in RCM | Mandatory: Minimum 1 Year of Team Handling Experience, on Papers (preferred)

• 5+ Years of RCM Experience
• 1+ Year of Team Handling Experience (Mandatory)
• Strong expertise in AR Follow-up & Denial Management (NOA skills preferred)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  Employees working in night shifts will be eligible for an additional allowance of approximately 60,000 per annum, over and above the offered CTC.
