Keylabsintelli seeks a Finance Executive – AR & AP to drive collections, vendor payments, and cash flow in our India operations. You will handle AR aging, vendor reconciliations, and MIS reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely actions.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in AR/AP, strong MS Excel, and ERP experience (Tally/Zoho; SAP is a plus). On-site role with 6 working days per week.

Job Description: Finance Executive – AR & AP

Title and Structure & Basic Information

Position: Finance Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

Reports To: Assistant Manager Finance

Direct Reports: None

Employment Type: Full-time (On-roll)

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections: Manage the end-to-end collection process, including following up on outstanding dues with sales team & Customers, providing payment reminders. Perform ageing analysis, reconcile customer accounts, and coordinate with Sales/Operations to resolve billing disputes or deduction issues

Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Management: Prepare and schedule vendor payments according to due dates and credit terms. Maintain updated vendor ledgers, verify invoices, and resolve any discrepancies to ensure professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Fund & Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily bank balances, inward receipts, and outgoing payments. Assist in fund allocation, weekly payment planning, and monthly cash flow forecasting to support budgeting activities

Reconciliations & Compliance: Perform periodic bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring the accuracy of all financial balances

Financial Reporting (MIS): Prepare and deliver comprehensive MIS reports, including AR/AP outstanding status, collection summaries, and cash flow reports, to senior management.

Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in AR, AP, and finance operations, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors

Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets is mandatory. Practical knowledge of accounting ERPs (Tally, Zoho, etc.) is required; functional knowledge of SAP is not compulsory but considered an added advantage.

Languages :

Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Working Conditions

Travel: As per Requirement to travel on Overdue issues with customers all Over India

Number of Working Days: 6 days per week

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Holiday: Sundays.

Results and Growth Path

Success Metrics (Year 1):

Accuracy: Achieve 100% accuracy in all financial reconciliations, and MIS reporting

Collection Efficiency: Significant reduction in overdue receivables and improved Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)

Finance Executive → Senior Finance Executive (1 to 2 Years) → Assistant Manager Finance (4 to 5 Years).

Compensation

CTC: ₹3.0 – 4.0 Lacs per annum.

Probation Period: 6 months (confirmed upon successful completion)

Benefits: Eligibility for Health Insurance after 1–2 years of continuous service.

•100% accuracy in daily ledger entries and bank reconciliations

•Reduction in overdue receivables by the agreed target percentage

A - Achievable: Resources provided: Access to accounting ERP/SAP, reporting line to Assistant Manager Finance, and coordination authority with Sales and Operations teams

R - Relevant: Directly ensures the liquidity and financial health of the brand by maintaining efficient cash flow and professional stakeholder relationships

T - Time-bound:

•Daily: Track bank balances and receipts

•Weekly: Prepare ageing analysis and payment schedules

•Monthly: Complete all reconciliations and MIS reporting
