Job summary

Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a B.Com fresher for Accounts Receivable (AR Executive) to manage end-to-end AR processes. You will send invoices, chase payments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of disputes using SAP.

Strong Excel skills and professional English communication are expected. Locations include Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and Gujarat; travel/field visits may be required as per customer requests.

Job Description AR Executive

1. Sending invoices to Customers, following up with Customers for payments as per PTP.

2. Resolving Customer disputes if any by coordinating with internal departments, Updating SAP for every unique interaction.

3. Ensuring Transaction Feedback is closed within timelines.

4. Achieving Monthly Collection Target.

5. Should handle direct end to end accounts along with Field Visit as per customer request.

6. Reconciliation from Customer end for payment clarity.

7. Should be able to Handle high end customers.

Person Specifications:

Candidate with some prior work exp in Collections would be preferred.
