Fossil Group is seeking a Senior Process Executive – O2C to join our Finance Operations team in Bangalore, India. You will support end-to-end O2C operations across the US and global markets, ensuring timely collections and effective customer account management.

Responsibilities include order management, collections, dispute resolution, and O2C reporting, with a focus on process excellence. Night shifts may be required to support US/global operations. Hybrid work opportunities exist.

Qualificações

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience in O2C, AR, Order Management, Collections or Credit Control.
• Exposure to US/global operations and international customer interactions.
• Understanding of invoicing, cash application, reconciliation and dispute management.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management: process, validate, monitor and coordinate orders; resolve issues and queries; ensure accurate documentation.
• Collections & Receivables: manage collections for US/global portfolios; monitor ageing; coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Dispute Management: handle invoice disputes; root cause analysis; coordinate for timely resolution.
• O2C Reporting & Process Excellence: prepare collection reports and ageing analysis; monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive – Order-to-Cash (O2C) to join our Finance Operations team at Fossil Group in Bangalore, India. If you are passionate about order management, accounts receivable and collections, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will support end-to-end O2C operations across the US and global markets, ensuring operational efficiency, timely collections and effective customer account management.

What you will do in this role:

Order Management

• Support order management activities, including order processing, validation, monitoring and coordination.
• Work with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, billing discrepancies and customer queries.
• Ensure timely order execution and accurate documentation in accordance with business processes.

Collections & Receivables Management

• Manage collections activities for US and global customer portfolios, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable ageing, prioritize overdue accounts and drive collection targets.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment delays and outstanding balances.
• Support account reconciliation, cash application coordination and investigation of short payments or deductions.

Collections & Dispute Management

• Manage customer disputes relating to invoices, pricing, deductions, payments and account discrepancies.
• Investigate dispute root causes and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Billing and other teams for timely resolution.
• Track dispute ageing, maintain resolution records and ensure appropriate follow-up until closure.
• Identify recurring dispute patterns and recommend process improvements to minimize collection delays.

O2C Reporting & Process Excellence

• Prepare collection reports, ageing analysis, dispute trackers and operational performance updates.
• Monitor key performance indicators, productivity and SLA adherence across O2C activities.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Who You Are

• A graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Collections or Credit Control.
• Exposure to US and/or global business operations and international customer interactions.
• Understanding of order processing, invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliation and dispute management.
• Experience handling customer deductions, short payments, billing discrepancies and collection disputes.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work night shifts to support US and global business operations.
