Job summary

Randstad in Delhi, India, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor invoices, travel and expense reports, and payments across assigned countries. The role involves resolving supplier inquiries, collaborating with local subsidiaries, and supporting continuity through complex issue resolution.

The candidate will provide guidance and training to new joiners, maintaining training materials and contributing to knowledge transfer initiatives and tool implementations.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and travel & expense reports in accordance with local regulations and corporate procedures.
• Execute vendor payments for assigned countries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage supplier and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with local subsidiaries to address operational issues and support business continuity. Support in complex issues.
• Provide guidance and training to AP new joiners and other team members. Maintain training materials and procedures.
• Participate in knowledge transfer initiatives and the implementation of new tools and processes
