Selective Global Search is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Specialist in Navi Mumbai to manage country-level accounting processes. You will review expenses, invoices, debits, advances, forex requests, and ensure tax details and policy compliance.

You will drive SAP-based processing, GL account integrity, and MIS reporting using SAP and Excel, coordinating with Finance, Treasury, Logistics, Legal, and Country Managers to ensure timely payments and audit readiness.

Formación

• Professional experience in finance operations and SAP-based processes.
• Proficiency in financial reconciliation and compliance controls.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process Country Manager expenses, debit notes, freight bills, advances, and forex requests.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, tax details, calculations, and policy compliance.
• Process debit notes and freight bills in SAP, ensuring correct GL accounts, tax codes, cost/profit centres.
• Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, Logistics, Legal, and Country Managers for approvals and payments.
• Maintain vendor/service agreements and track renewals and compliance documentation.
• Prepare monthly provisions, reconciliations, ledgers, and MIS reports using SAP and Excel.
• Ensure accurate financial records, timely settlements, audit readiness, and resolution of discrepancies.
