Job summary

BDO India is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to join our Dadri team. You will process vendor invoices, employee claims, and accounting entries, ensuring GST/TDS compliance and policy alignment.

You will perform PO/GRN/invoice matching, manage vendor master data, and assist month-end closings with AP MIS reporting, while coordinating with stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Good accounting, reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and email communication.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven and process-oriented environment.
• Experience in Indian Accounting.
