Job description

You will be responsible for managing key accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with global standards within the Finance department. This role involves handling day‑to‑day transactions, coordinating with auditors and internal teams, preparing MIS reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, banks, and global counterparts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in all financial activities.

• Handle routine accounting activities such as local payments to vendors and employees in SAP
• Prepare periodic MIS reports including vendor and employee aging and carry out periodic bank reconciliation statements
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and support ad‑hoc tasks and business projects aimed at improving financial processes and productivity
• Ensure adherence to global standardized accounting and reporting processes
• Maintain frequent communication with auditors, head office, vendors, and the sales department and provide daily operational and financial updates to the department
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting colleagues to ensure accurate and consistent reporting
• Communicate with banks and financial institutions for monthly settlements and negotiation of terms
• Develop financial and operational reports using SAP financial systems and Business Intelligence tools
• Support implementation of global financial procedures and internal control systems

Our requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong project management abilities, including task prioritization and timeline management
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and experience working with SAP is preferred
