Job summary

Sunteck Realty is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage AP operations in Mumbai. The role focuses on invoice verification, processing, and ensuring GST & TDS compliance, along with vendor reconciliations and ageing management.

The candidate should have strong SAP HANA FI knowledge and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to handle multi-tasking while maintaining integrity and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HANA FI module.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Strong communication and integrity with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Operations.
• Invoice Verification & Processing.
• Vendor Reconciliation and Clearing.
• Payment Processing (NEFT/RTGS/Cheques).
• GST & TDS Compliance.
• Conduct periodic vendor reconciliations and resolve ageing and outstanding issues.
• Checking of accounting of various expenses.
• Internal and External audit requirements.
• Vendor advances/payable ageing and reasoning.
• Review of MSME Payment.
• Fortnightly and Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Review of No Dues of Customer at the time of Possession.
• Review of Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Monitoring of Bank Control Sheet.
