Job summary

SVS Refcomp Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Accounts Executive Payables to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and financial records at our Head Office in Kompally, Hyderabad. The role ensures timely, accurate AP processing in line with company policy.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years in accounts payable, be proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Tally, and possess GST/TDS knowledge with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS basics.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and verify accuracy with PO/GRN.
• Maintain accounts payable records and documentation.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors within due dates.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchase and stores for invoice approvals.
• Track outstanding payables and aging reports.
• Assist in month-end closing activities for payables.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements.

Job Title: Accounts Executive Payables

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive Payables to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and financial records. The candidate will ensure timely and accurate handling of accounts payable functions in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and verify accuracy with purchase orders and GRNs
• Maintain accounts payable records and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare and process payments to vendors within due dates
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with purchase and stores departments for invoice approvals
• Track outstanding payables and maintain aging reports
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to payables
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (GST, TDS basics)
• Bill knock off
• Issue & Track PDC
• Expense Voucher entries
• Payment In/ out entries
• BRS
• Loan reconciliation
• Knowledge of TDS deduction
• Statutory Payments- PF, ESCI, TDS & Income Tax etc

Qualifications:

• B.Com (Commerce preferred)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable
