Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) P2P professional in Jaipur to manage end-to-end P2P processes, including TDS and GST compliance, vendor management, and accurate invoice processing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP/P2P, strong Excel and ERP (SAP) experience, and proven ability to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely payments in the Indian market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Hands-on experience in TDS and GST is mandatory.
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Experience in Indian market; SAP or ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
• Process vendor invoices and perform invoice verification.
• Manage vendor payments and vendor account reconciliations.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipts.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation.
• Manage GST-related activities, including input tax credit validation and GST compliance checks.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment queries.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end closing and AP reporting activities.

Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable (AP) P2P role.

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Accounts Payable professionals with strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and AP process knowledge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TDS, GST, invoice processing, vendor management, and reconciliation, along with strong communication skills and experience in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
• Process vendor invoices and perform invoice verification.

• Hands-on experience in both TDS and GST is mandatory.

• Experience in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Candidates must have experience working with the Indian market.
• Candidates with experience exclusively in other markets are not eligible.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent is preferred.
