Job summary

Altisource is seeking a Senior Analyst for Accounts Payable in Bengaluru. You will work closely with executive leadership to develop and organize financial strategies for various lines of business within a US NASDAQ company.

Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, payments, tax considerations, and balance sheet reconciliations in a fast-paced, compliant environment. The role requires 2+ years in AP, a B.Com or MBA in Finance, and the ability to manage audits.

Qualifications

• B. Com/MBA-Finance with 2+ years in Accounts Payable.
• Experience preparing monthly/annual balance sheet schedules.
• Ability to manage internal/external/SOX audits.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices from vendors.
• Understand India vendor withholding tax percentage and deductions.
• Process payments to vendors per company policies.
• Reconcile payable reports monthly to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve payment or invoice discrepancies and documentation.
• Prepare monthly/annual schedules to Balance sheet.
• Manage Internal/External/SOX Audit.
