Job summary

Altisource in Bengaluru seeks an Analyst Payroll to manage end-to-end India payroll for a US NASDAQ company, shaping statutory compliance and payroll processes.

You will handle PF, ESIC, TDS, PTax, LWF, and Form 16, file monthly/annual returns, process online PF transfers, resolve employee queries, and support internal/external/SOX audits and balance sheet schedules.

Collaborative, data-driven environment offering growth and exposure to senior leadership and strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Manage end to end India Payroll.
• Understand India Payroll Statutory, PF, ESIC, TDS, PTax, LWF, etc.
• File statutory monthly/annual returns (PTax, ETDS, Form 16, etc).
• Handle online PF transfer/withdrawal requests.
• Quick problem solver and able to manage employee queries.
• Visit government departments for PF queries.
• Prepare monthly/annual schedules to Balance sheet.
• Able to manage Internal/External/SOX Audit.

Qualifications

• B. Com/MBA- Finance /CA Inter with 2 Years of Experience in Payroll.
