Job summary

PREM TEXTILES is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for multi-store retail outlets. You will maintain books, analyse cash flow, and ensure accurate financial reporting across stores.

The role requires leadership of the accounts team, strong GST/TDS knowledge, and proficiency with Tally Prime / ERP and advanced MS Excel. You will coordinate with retail operations and management to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in Retail / Textile / Garments / FMCG / Trading.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Monitor daily sales, purchases, expenses, and cash flow.
• Handle store-wise sales and collection reconciliation.
• Reconcile cash, card, UPI, and online payment transactions.
• Monitor inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
• Manage GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and financial reports.
• Monitor store-wise profitability and operating expenses.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Implement financial controls and cost-saving measures.
• Supervise and manage the accounts team.
• Coordinate with management, retail operations, procurement, and store teams.
