Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Commerce or related field.
• CA Inter/CA or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complete accounting operations, including finalisation of accounts and financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, e-invoicing, e-way bill, and statutory compliance.
• Oversee PF, ESI, Professional Tax, salary reconciliations, and advances.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow reports, and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager with 8+ years of experience and strong end-to-end accounting skills who can independently manage the entire Finance & Accounts Department, including accounting finalisation, taxation, banking, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Independently manage complete accounting operations, including finalisation of accounts and financial statements.

Handle Tally Prime (Edit Log), ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and financial records.

Manage banking operations, cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.

Ensure complete GST, TDS, e-invoicing, e-way bill, and statutory compliance.

Independently handle GST notices, assessments, reconciliations, and tax-related matters.

Oversee PF, ESI, Professional Tax, salary reconciliations, employee advances, and loan recoveries.

Handle tax provisions, advance tax, TDS receivables, and year-end adjustments.

Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow reports, and profitability analysis.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, customers, vendors, and internal departments.

Supervise the accounts team, maintain financial controls, and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting and finalisation.

Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime (Edit Log).

Expertise in GST, TDS, banking, and statutory compliance.

Good understanding of cash flow and working capital management.

Strong analytical, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
