Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GST/TDS compliance, and prepare MIS and financial statements. You will mentor the accounts team, coordinate with auditors, and uphold internal controls in a fast-paced commerce environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in core accounting with supervisory exposure, strong GST/TDS knowledge, hands-on Tally/ERP experience, and proven ownership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in core accounting with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP accounting software.
• Good analytical, organisational and team management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
