Job summary

Sansui Paints in Mumbai is seeking an Accounts Executive (Tally) to manage daily accounting with Tally Prime, process GST invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills, and perform bank reconciliations.

The candidate should have 2+ years of Tally Prime experience with GST, e-invoice and e-way bill, and solid Excel skills. Working hours are 9:30 am–6:30 pm, 6 days a week, with a 6-month probation.

Qualifications

• B.Com degree required.
• 2+ years hands-on with Tally Prime including GST, e-invoice and e-way bill.
• Experience in bank reconciliation required.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Make same-day Tally entries.
• Prepare GST invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills within 2 hours of order.
• Perform weekly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare Monday debtor statements and follow-up.
• Handle GSTR-1 / 3B / TDS data 3 days before due date.
• Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly MIS by the 7th of each month.

Salary

Working conditions

6 days a week, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm. When workload is high, the day's work is finished before leaving. Every task is noted in a daily task sheet with an evening status. 6-month probation, 30 days' notice. Sansui Employee Terms 2026 apply.
