Job summary

• Record daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
• Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, and export documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and party ledgers.
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up with customers.
• Process vendor payments and manage payables.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Maintain records of bills, vouchers, and expenses.

As our Accounts Executive, you will handle the day-to-day accounting for a steel pipe and tube manufacturer. You will record daily purchase, sales, and expense entries, prepare GST-compliant invoices, and reconcile bank and party accounts. You will also follow up on pending receivables, process vendor payments, and support GST, TDS, and export documentation. At month end, you will help prepare financial reports for management and assist auditors and the CA with their requirements.
